The rooms are cozy with comfortable beds, providing great value for the money, and it is centrally located, making it a good choice for exploring the area.

Location - more central does not work. Hotel-owned parking lot in the yard. Noise pollution due to construction work in the hotel from 7:30 a.m. on resulted in a price reduction we demanded.

For that price, you can't really complain. Breakfast is good and substantial. Quiet location in the centre.

The rooms here are spacious, modern, and equipped with a mini-fridge, air conditioning, and a personal safe.

We stayed at Grand Hotel for two nights to explore the area and it was a great choice. The hotel may have only three stars, but it feels like four stars. The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable, with a huge bathtub that we enjoyed. The location is perfect, right in the center with easy access to the town square, lovely restaurants with castle views, and the nearby Brezina forest. The wellness center is also a nice bonus, with three saunas and a whirlpool. The staff is friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. a wonderful place to stay for exploring this area.

We had a spacious room with comfortable seating. The menus are balanced, rich and delicious. The staff is helpful, responds to requests and usually speaks good English.

The bathroom was comparatively small.

Great location for the old town and pedestrian zone. Practical and comfortable room. Bathtub big and without curtain, but the showers worked fine.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city center. It made exploring the area so convenient. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, with a large and beautiful bathtub that was perfect for relaxing in after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I was even given two free drinks for the restaurant, which was a nice touch. The Wi-Fi connection was also strong and reliable, and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job of keeping everything spotlessly clean.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Third floor room was very hot. Booked 2 rooms and one couple had lower ceiling and no airconditioning and other couple had second floor which was great.Meals took 75 minutes to arrive when not busy.

Everything was simply amazing. Liked my really lovely stay for business trip. Particularly good central location near town centre, the train station and castle and Trencin on business or leisure. It also was in the historical center. The staff was gentle and amicable, offered to visit some nice places. The breakfast offered a huge variety of great meals.

During my recent stay at Grand Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-designed rooms. The suite had a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. The amenities in the room, including the large flat-screen TV and surround sound system, added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

Although I had concerns about potential noise from the Post Office located nearby, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was in my room. I was able to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances.

Room 303 wasn't a very nice room. Noise level late evening/early morning. People outside shouting; Having fun, but it woke me up a number of times.

This hotel was a real find! Nicely decorated, excellent location, and really good value for money.

The one-way street system around the hotel confused our sat-nav, but that is a minor point.
